Cancellation & Refund Policy
How to cancel
- In Get On Scene, tap your name at the top to open your profile.
- Tap Manage billing & card.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
You can also cancel by contacting us at the contact details in your Get On Scene account emails. Cancelling stops future payments. It doesn't delete your account. You can do that separately in your profile.
Free trial
New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything. If you don't cancel, your first payment of $30/month is charged when the trial ends, and then every month after that.
After you cancel
- You keep full access until the end of your current paid month.
- You won't be charged again unless you restart your plan.
- You can restart any time from Get On Scene. A second free trial isn't available.
Refunds
- Monthly payments aren't refunded for partial months or unused time, except where the law requires it.
- If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled), contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the mistaken charge.
- If Get On Scene was unavailable for a long stretch because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll consider a credit or refund.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment doesn't go through, our payment processor will try again over the following days and we may email you. You keep access while it retries. If payment still fails, your plan ends and Get On Scene stops working until you update your card.
Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change. You can cancel before the new price applies.
